Forbidden West Wing Candle

I don't know what it is about this candle but it smells secretive and cozy in a way. The cold throw is sweet, fresh, and yummy. The scents blend together so one doesn't stick out more than the other. The hot throw is almost like a vanilla cookie, and the lemon and rose come out a little more. This one makes my favorites list. Thank you!

It’s like I walked into a vintage library full of secrets and mystery! And a little bit of romance. Like a hideout for a forbidden love maybe?! :) Great for reading or relaxing. It’s an experience and a vibe. It’s definitely a bookish candle, but with added mystery and the rose adds a sweet surprise instead of the common espresso or coffee in many bookish scents. Blended, this candle smells of vintage pages and being surrounded by books with a touch of sweet rose in the background.The throw is fantastic and the scent lingers. My son has a soft spot for this one which surprised me, but he claims this is one of his new favorites (for now.) So kiddo and unisex approved as well :)

I LOVE this scent. I have ordered a small or a large jar with every other order that I have made. It is alluring, projection is insane and intense and the scent-out of this world. It is my "go to" scent when I have a terrible day and just want to treat myself to something nice.

I love this scent. It was a “blind” buy, but I cannot get enough of it. It is strong, mysterious rose and very addictive. I keep it by my nightstand and cannot date to burn it in full because I feel like I need to smell it every night before bedtime.

per the instructions on the lid, i am patiently waiting a few more days for the candle to cure, since it was poured from a new batch, but i CANNOT stop opening it up and sniffing it. the scent definitely conveys an atmosphere, but it's also just generally super appealing. looking forward to burning this one, and will definitely buy again in a larger size once it's spent!

This is one of my new favorite scents from dio! It really does smell like old books and what I imagine a Forbidden west wing would smell like. The predominant scents to my nose are old parchment and leather which I love. I was hesitant to buy this scent because I don't usually prefer floral scents but the rose scent is very light in this and is the perfect offset to the old books. Throw is strong with the wax melts.

It's your friendly neighborhood fedex guy just wanted to let know I gave this candle to my girlfriend she's a huge bookworm and a beauty and the beast fan we loved it, it smells amazing and is all around could relax the environment in any room.

I really love the scent and color of this candle. It's a very soft and pleasant scent and was very comforting to me. This company is wonderful and I can't wait until payday so I can order more!

I still have this candle, as I only burn them a little at a time, and it still smells amazing! Love this scent!

Imagine you are in an old library. Books everywhere. A few candles lit for ambiance. You pull a book from the shelf and sit down in a comfy chair. As you open the book you get a breeze of the old book smell we all know and love. It is nice. It is a nice smell that I think Belle from Beauty and the beast would have enjoyed. Minus, she never had a comfy chair in the library and that story was a little strange. None the less, this candle is wonderful.

I got this and Amsterdam for my mom for Mother’s Day (early) and she loves it! She said, “I love them both, but Forbidden West Wing is my favorite!”

I am a sucker for anything scented with rose, so this candle scent is perfect for me! It's fragrant but not overpowering, and the color of the wax itself is quite lovely. Perfect to be burned on a cold winter's day when you want to snuggle up and get lost in a book.

I can't get enough of this one! I only got the 1oz to try it out and I'm IN LOVE. The old book scent part of it is subtle, but it sticks out nicely against the rose. UGH. LOVE.

Perfect to burn during the winter months when you’re longing for spring. One of my fave colors and fresh flowers, yes please!
