Shipping Questions

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Some countries are not accepting postal service from the USA due to COVID19 restrictions. We apologize for this, and hope the world gets back to normal soon.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. If shipped in the USA, they will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Which Shipping Carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Free standard delivery will be with USPS, and larger orders will be shipped with Fedex or UPS.

My Order Says Delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?

Hey, sometimes this happens. Don't fret, we won't leave you hanging. Sometimes the post office marks packages as delivered by mistake but please check with your neighbors first. We then ask you to leave a note for your mail carrier asking for your package. We've had a 95% success rate with locating packages this way. And if all else fails, we'll send you a replacement.

Can I return my order?

Our Goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction

We get so few returns that we handle each one personally over email. Simply email us to start a conversation about your return: Contact Us

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any unused candles and wax tarts can be returned for their purchase price but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Dio Candle Company. Restocking fees are determined on a case by case basis to cover the return shipping costs. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, contact us immediately with photos of your products for damage claims with USPS.

Personalized items such as custom orders or wholesale orders are final.

Freebie items are included for tiered pricing, any items returned that reduce the tier pricing will be adjusted with a prorated amount. 

Subscription sales, once shipped, are final. Any damaged candles will be replaced by Dio Candle Company.

What Materials Do You Use?

Our candles are made with 100% Vegan Soy, Lead-Free Cotton Wicks, Premium Fragrance (Phthalates Free) and are packaged in recyclable clear glass.

Can I have my product personalized?

Sure can. Just send me an email to let me know what you need. (DioCandleCompany@Gmail.com) If you would like to add a custom label with your photo or just a name added to our existing labels - we can do that!

My Candle is Frosted, is it Defective?

Not at all! That is the beauty of Soy! Since our candles are 100% vegetable wax, frosting may occur as there are changes in temperature in transit and in storage. Your candle will smell and perform perfectly, no matter how the color changes. No worries!
