- Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Some countries are not accepting postal service from the USA due to COVID19 restrictions. We apologize for this, and hope the world gets back to normal soon.
- How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. If shipped in the USA, they will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Free standard delivery will be with USPS, and larger orders will be shipped with Fedex or UPS.
- My Order says delivered but it's not here. What should I do?

Hey, sometimes this happens. Don't fret, we won't leave you hanging. Sometimes the post office marks packages as delivered by mistake but please check with your neighbors first. We then ask you to leave a note for your mail carrier asking for your package. We've had a 95% success rate with locating packages this way. And if all else fails, we'll send you a replacement.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any unused candles and wax tarts can be returned for their purchase price but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Dio Candle Company. Restocking fees are determined on a case by case basis to cover the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, contact us immediately with photos of your products for damage claims with USPS.
Personalized items such as custom orders or wholesale orders are final.
Freebie items are included for tiered pricing, any items returned that reduce the tier pricing will be adjusted with a prorated amount.
Subscription sales, once shipped, are final. Any damaged candles will be replaced by Dio Candle Company.
