We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any unused candles and wax tarts can be returned for their purchase price but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Dio Candle Company. Restocking fees are determined on a case by case basis to cover the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, contact us immediately with photos of your products for damage claims with USPS.
Personalized items such as custom orders or wholesale orders are final.
Freebie items are included for tiered pricing, any items returned that reduce the tier pricing will be adjusted with a prorated amount.
Subscription sales, once shipped, are final. Any damaged candles will be replaced by Dio Candle Company.
Repurpose & Recycle
Please repurpose our glass jars or recycle them. Glass is a renewable resource that retains and maintains heat best for dispersing fragrance without the toxic release of metals found in tin containers!

This candle smells like long hours gaming and snacks your mom doesn't approve of. I bought one for each of my kids, and I know they're going to make Christmas morning a lot brighter!

If you love ginger-ale, you’ll love this candle. They even managed to make it smell fizzy! It’s amazing how much it smells like ginger-ale. It’s spot on!
This is quite possibly the cutest game controller I have ever seen!!! And how fun that you can personalize? The scent on this one is perfect because I am a huge ginger ale fan! I don’t know how but you can smell the carbonation (maybe that’s the zesty coming through?!?) It’s incredible and the yellow wax is the perfect fit!!
Bubbly and enticing! Dio makes the BEST soda scented candles. I've tried three now, and they are instant favourites. I'd buy a full line of soda scents happily. You can even smell the tingly carbonation!
I don’t know how they do it! This was my absolute fave this month! It smells just like ginger ale including the carbonation!
