Clear and strong toasted coconut scent with underlying vanilla and a bit of smooth bourbon. Not cloying at all and has a nice throw. Has been my daily candle through June :)

As a bourbon lover, I was super excited to get this candle and loved it from a first sniff.
I have previously purchased the Dio Reserve-Scotch Whiskey and Damon's Bedroom candles so I was expecting similarly masculine and a bit boozy scent, but this Bourbon on the Beach is very different--it smells sweet and like a coconut. I can't smell the peach and clove notes at all and when it is burning, it really reminds me of coconut macaroons. I love how strong this scent is and I think anyone who loves beachy, coconut or coconut baked treats will love this candle. IMO it has universal appeal and is a safe blind buy or gift because it is one of those smells that just makes you want to eat the candle.

Vacation in a candle. With top notes of Coconut and whisky, there really wasn't a chance that I wouldn't love this candle. This smells 100% like a beach vacation. This is a candle I would buy again and again.

The coconut in this isn't cloying, which I appreciate. The cedar and bourbon balance it while adding some complex notes. I will definitely buy this in a bigger size at some point.
