Library Reads Candle

This is one of my top two favorite scents. It’s the perfect library scent with the added comfort of black tea and lemon zest. As with all Dio scents, the scent is long lasting, high quality, with excellent throw. All of the candles and melts rock but this scent holds a special place in my heart. Perfection!

This one doesn't smell like the libraries I've been to which is good. I associate the smell with arriving to them completely carsick when I was little. The cold throw smells a little old and dusty. I've been looking for a candle with that kind of scent! It also has a sort of old book sweetness mixed with faint lemon that balances it out perfectly. The hot throw smells the same. I'll have to buy a bigger candle in the future. Thank you!

This scent is perfect to use while snuggling up with a good book. It smells like tea with a hint of lemon and is so soothing and cozy.

Ok I got this for my mom for Christmas and i need to get myself one now it smells so good! Makes me want to drink tea and read.

Smells so yummy and lasts a long time!

I feel like Belle from beauty and the beast when I burn this candle. The comforting smell of books, a fresh cup of tea, and a hint of patchouli is the perfect combination for when I'm ready to escape in a book... or scroll through my phone and pretend I'm going to pick up a book and read.

This is my honest review.
None of the candles I bought have a scent further than sitting right next to them and even then is very faint . I didn't expect a large throw from a 1 oz candle but I expected something. And I'm getting nothing. Not even the 4oz candles are doing anything. How can every candle I bought be a dud? Customer service was good but at the end of the day I have a $70 order ($80 if you count shipping) of candles that I can't smell.

It’s just not the smell I thought it would be. Not a bad smell just didn’t meet my expectations. Bought other candles loved them. This review is this candle stand alone.

Ever since I was a child, I could not open a book (especially and old
one) without smelling its pages. When I grew up and went to college, I would spend hours on end in the library, as I no longer needed to smell the books, that smell surrounded me. Some of my friends thought that was weird, but I knew there must be other old page book lovers out there, just like me. This is absolutely comforting scent-old pages and a hint of rose. As you burn the candle, the scent literally enhances. 2/3rds of the way and you can smell a small 8oz jar in a large room with just the lid being open. Book lovers and readers, there is no way you don't love this scent. In fact, I have tried most if not all book inspired Dio scents and keep coming back to this one-there is just something about this one.

Its the best way to describe this scent. Very pleasant and relaxing. We really enjoyed the house smelling like this while having a lazy day.

I like this item a lot, I originally thought it was just the Library smell, which is totally my bad for not reading it all the way. The tea smell was unexpected but not unwelcome! I will try it on my wax warmer soon to see if I like how it smells in the room but it’s a good quality product!

Love Library Reads!

This wax melt is absolutely fabulous! It really does smell like a library with old books and parchment, slightly musty but in the best way. However it also oddly reminds me of the dio baking bread wax melt which is one of my favorites. Throw is also great with the wax melts. Highly recommend.

A bit more floral than anticipated, but dissipates a little once in the wax melter.

To be fair, I haven't melted this one yet, but in the container I can't really smell it.

It’s so hard to find a good book scented wax melt/candle. This puts me right in the reading mood! Really pretty color when it melts!

I love this candle! It's one of the few candles that I actually like when it comes to house pride candles. All the others just aren't for me, but this tiny little gem is perfect!

This candle smells how I imagine the Ravenclaw common room to smell!!! The blend of books and tea is PERFECT!!!! Honestly, this candle is me in a nutshell: I was sorted into Ravenclaw, my favourite colour is blue, I love to read and try to make use of the library, and tea is my jam!!!!! Will definitely be investing in a larger size!!!!

This is the perfect Ravenclaw candle! It smells like parchment paper and an ancient library. I want to sniff it all day.

This candle is awesome on a rainy or snowy day when all you want to do is snuggle under a big blanket with a book and a cup of tea.

It's amazing how much "throw" this candle has and the scent descriptor is spot on. I will be repurchasing Ravenclaw, in a larger size!

This wasn't for me but for a Ravenclaw friend and she loves the smell! Says it burns well and smells great and woodsy and like a cozy fire. :) The candle was even smaller than I expected (and I wasn't expecting much) but great product in that tiny jar.
