We know our friends and families and customers are concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and the impacts it has on day to day life. Health and safety are the number one priority for our customers, ourselves, and community. We are taking every precaution to do our best in mitigating the exposure of COVID-19.
We have worked remotely without exposure, encouraging contactless delivery with our supply transport teams - thank you to USPS, UPS, Fed Ex + DHL (the true heros of small business) for making all of this possible!
In addition to our standard cleanliness operations including regularly sanitizing our surfaces, tools and workspaces, we are also wearing protective gloves when we make inventory, pull inventory, gift wrap, and ship orders.
As of Oct 10th, 2020, we are only seeing a few delays in our supply chain for fragrances and wax. As such, some items have been sold out. Please utilize our back in stock request form on these items and when we receive the necessary supplies to make them, you will be first to know when they become available!
At this time, we are shipping orders without interruption and are still providing shipment details within 72 hours of purchase for most orders. Rush delivery prices have increased as the demand has risen. Shipping within 24 hours has become increasingly difficult. If our shipping times become longer we will send out communication via newsletter, so make sure you're signed up!
