Mint Chip Ice Cream Candle

This candle smells like pure nostalgia. Butter comes through stronger than anything else, but it does remind me of perusing the shelves, looking for something to rent on a Friday night.

I contacted the company, Natasha, about being unsatisfied with the scent distribution of my candle and she was so helpful and caring and helped give me tips on trying to make the most of it. (I only ordered the 4 oz.) She suggested I size my candle up for the larger space I was trying to fill and tolr me that it was definitely a softer scent than some of the others. I should have probably figured and have the larger size on its way, which I'm sure will work perfect. I love the smell of the waxes I ordered and love the high quality ingredients used like soy wax. I love supporting a smaller Colorado business and am happy to report they are kind and accommodating. Big thumbs up, love the scents, worth the price, totally accurate nostalgia and size up if you think your room might be too big for a small candle.

Dio Candles are nothing short of magical! It’s obvious with each one how much care, thought, and precision is put into each candle or melt. The scents are superior to other similar brands and truly there is something (or many things! lol) for everyone. Very high quality, even, long burning, with an excellent throw. This is one of my top two favorite scents. It’s the perfect library scent with the added comfort of black tea and lemon zest. As with all Dio scents, the scent is long lasting, high quality, with excellent throw. All of the candles and melts rock but this scent holds a special place in my heart. Perfection!

Pure nostalgia in a candle 🔥🎬

This candle instantly took me back to walking into a video store as a kid seriously, it smells just like those old-school Friday night runs. That warm, slightly sweet, nostalgic vibe is spot on.

You can tell this was made with care. The scent isn’t overpowering, it fills the room just right, and it actually lasts! which is hard to find with a lot of candles.

I also love supporting a small husband and wife business, and you can feel that personal touch in the product. This isn’t just a candle, it’s an experience.

If you grew up in the era of video stores, this will hit you right in the feels. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
